Booking information: If you book a reservation via the Service, we may need additional information from you. This information can include your name (and the traveler’s name, if different), age, birthday, email address, telephone number, credit card information, billing address, itinerary details.

MobyTrip shares your personal data securely with some third-party partners, such as hotels, payment processing companies and fraud prevention services.
Hotels and Hotel Suppliers are where you are booking yourself to stay. By making a booking through MobyTrip, you are authorizing us to share some of your personal data with them in order to make and hold your reservation. The only personal information provided to Hotels and Suppliers is the information you enter on the Booking Form, and we have added an extra checkbox to ensure you understand which data is being shared. We encourage all users to review hotel privacy policies to understand how their data is being handled once shared. Other Third-Party Partners that we work with include payment/credit card processing, fraud prevention, business and product analytics, and customer service support. These partners are only given the specific personal data that they require, and nothing else. We have ensured that all of our third-party partners have data collection and processing policies that adhere to GDPR and other legislative requirements.
The personal data that we collect is yours, and so you have choices available to you around what we collect and how it is used. Some of these choices can be communicated to MobyTrip (such as requesting access to or deletion of your information), and others should be communicated to other parties you engage with (such as in your phone settings for whether or not you share location information, etc.).
You can always choose not to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, payment details, etc., however this may mean that we will be unable to complete your hotel booking.
You may access and update some of your information through your Account settings. If your account is tied to a third-party application, like Facebook or WhatsApp, you can change your settings and remove permission for the app in the third party’s website. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.
You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you.

The protection, security and confidential processing of your personal data is a major priority for MobyTrip. Our systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling technologies and firewalls constructed to industry standards. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects the data you send over the Internet. We will use all commercially reasonable methods to keep personal information securely in our files and systems. With current technology, however, we cannot guarantee the security of your data from all possible attacks or intrusions on our servers or guarantee the security of your data as it travels over the Internet. Thus, you hereby release MobyTrip.com and Travel Booking Support Inc. from liability for any such possible attacks or intrusions that might compromise the security of your data. Internally, only authorized staff members are permitted to access your personal information, and they only have access to the data that they need to perform their role. MobyTrip does not store credit card information at all. Any and all access of personal information is logged for security purposes.
The Site and the Service are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and MobyTrip.com does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor is attempting to submit personal information, we will remove this information from our records.
